Side trip in Europe?

Hi. It's a long way from Oz to France, so I'd like to go somewhere interesting I've never been before after the Zylberman bash, probably around the weekend of 12-13 July for 3-5 days. Possibilities include Barcelona, Budapest and St Petersburg. Maybe Amsterdam, where I have been, but which is worth a return visit. Maybe somewhere in Poland!? If anyone is interested in joining me in such a side trip, please let me know here in the comments, or contact me separately, and we can discuss. I think it would be nice if a group of us could go travelling, though no doubt the logistics would be difficult to arrange.
Cheers,
Rodney

Answers to mails

Ladies & Gents, to answer briefly a mail from Sylvia: I don't have much info about the exhibition Marion will be having and opening in Douarnenez. She's in London for a week so we'll have to wait her return to know more about this. I would guess that a limited number of people can come in her car to Loguivy but I m not sure whether she'll travel on 4th evening or 5th morning.

To answer Sean about costs: We try to do all our possible to offer you all your stay in Loguivy, boarding and lodging... but contributors are welcome ;-). For those who want to stay for a while in Paris, either before or after Loguivy, Sophie and I can house some people. We might be crowded but it helps to keep warm. The train ride from Paris costs between 85 and 150 euros roughly, depending on the travel and booking dates. As for the dollar slide, sorry guys, but we've been waiting for it this side of the Big Blue since 1945.
Do I forget something? Let me know.
Best.
Laurent
